Anthony Giannetti Has Held Two Law Clerk Positions



Anthony Giannetti has never been afraid to go out and work during the summer months while attending school. He boasts a proud history between working hard in his studies and working hard during his summer positions. He has held jobs in both the business field and the legal field. However, it is the legal field where he has gained his most recent work experience.

Anthony Gianetti first started attending law school in 2009 when he became a student at the University of Buffalo Law School. Currently, he is working on his Juris Doctor and his expecting to be completed in 2013. 

Twice during his years as a law student, Anthony Giannetti has held positions as a law clerk. The first position he held as a law clerk was between the summer of 2010 and the spring of 2011. He was a law clerk for Prisoners’ Legal Services in Buffalo, New York. In this position, Anthony Giannetti was responsible for drafting multiple written documents including pleadings and motions, administrative appeals of disciplinary hearings, and advocacy letters on behalf of inmates.

The second position that Anthony Giannetti held occurred during the spring and summer months of 2012 was at a private firm also located in Buffalo, New York. There, Anthony Giannetti researched federal, state, and military law issues with a concentration on criminal defense.

Anthony Gianetti’s work experiences have not been limited to these two positions. He has had other internships and positions in both the legal field and business field. However, each position that Anthony Giannetti has held while a student has helped him prepare for his own successful future as a professional in the legal or business field.
